Depression can feel like a very lonely, isolated place. You are not alone.

Many clients find relief in realizing that their struggle does not own them and that there are many options available to have hope in their lives. When providing support for symptoms of depression, my aim is to help clients sort out environmental, biological and circumstantial factors while offering care and support.
